Roles in
OpenHAD Team
OpenHAD Team
The Product Lead is the steward of product vision, desired outcomes, and continuous value discovery. This role collaborates with customers, stakeholders, Product Developers, and AI agents to explore opportunities, validate assumptions, and shape the direction of the product through experimentation and evidence-based learning. By leveraging AI-powered insights, market intelligence, and predictive analysis, the Product Lead continuously refines priorities and adapts decisions based on emerging knowledge. The Product Lead fosters alignment, curiosity, and a culture of learning. The primary responsibility of this role is not to predict value perfectly, but to continuously discover, validate, and evolve value.
The Flow Lead leads the Human-AI Team through the application of OpenHAD principles, helping the team continuously learn, adapt, collaborate, and deliver value. The Flow Lead serves as the orchestrator, servant leader, and coach of the Human-AI Team. This role enables effective collaboration among the Product Lead, Product Developers, stakeholders, AI agents, and supporting systems to ensure a continuous flow of learning, experimentation, and value delivery. By leveraging AI-powered insights, workflow intelligence, and automation, the Flow Lead helps identify constraints, improve feedback loops, optimize flow, and adapt to changing needs. Through coaching, mentoring, and facilitation, the Flow Lead fosters self-management, continuous improvement, AI fluency, and a growth mindset. As a servant leader, the Flow Lead removes impediments, promotes transparency and collaboration. The primary responsibility of this role is to orchestrate people, AI, and processes into a high-performing adaptive system.
Product Developers are multidisciplinary professionals who explore, experiment, engineer, validate, operate, and continuously improve products and solutions. They collaborate with stakeholders, teammates, and AI agents to transform ideas into working outcomes while embracing uncertainty as an opportunity for learning. By leveraging AI as a collaborative partner for discovery, design, development, testing, analysis, and operations, Product Developers accelerate experimentation and solution evolution. Through craftsmanship, shared leadership, and continuous learning, they adapt solutions based on evidence and feedback rather than assumptions. Their primary responsibility is to continuously evolve solutions that create meaningful outcomes.
AI Agents and Applications are intelligent digital collaborators that amplify human capabilities through automation, analysis, reasoning, simulation, and decision support. They support exploration, experimentation, engineering, and learning across the entire product lifecycle by providing speed, scale, consistency, and actionable insights. By leveraging data, models, tools, and autonomous workflows, AI agents help teams evaluate alternatives, generate ideas, automate repetitive activities, and accelerate feedback cycles. Operating within human-defined goals, governance, and ethical boundaries, they continuously enhance the effectiveness of the Human-AI ecosystem. Their primary responsibility is to amplify learning, accelerate experimentation, and extend human capability.
